Main Street Kids is pleased to offer you the opportunity to consign your merchandise with us. 

We strive to provide our customers with quality merchandise at affordable prices. Because of this,

we only accept merchandise that is CLEAN, free of STAINS, TEARS, and with no missing or broken,

BUTTONS, SNAPS, or ZIPPERS. USED UNDERGARMENTS will NOT be accepted.

CONSIGNMENT TERMS: Main Street Kids agrees to pay consigned an amount equal to 40% of the

sale amount, 60% shall be retained by Main Street Kids. All clothing and shoes must be washed, and all buttons and snaps intact. All toys and games must have all pieces and be clean. All baby items must be cleaned and intact. If an item is received uncleaned or not intact, a reduced amount will be

given to the consignor at the rate of 30%.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD: One hundred twenty (120) days or four (4) months from the date entered

into the system as being received. PRICING: Pricing and any reduction in pricing of consignments shall be at the sole discretion of Main Street Kids.

UNSOLD ITEMS: Consignor agrees that after 120 days any unsold item becomes property of Main

Street Kids and may be donated to a non-profit organization or otherwise disposed of.

PICK-UP, DROP-OFFS AND SHIPMENTS: Items arriving for consignment are ONLY accepted with the

agreement of Main Street Kids. We can only accept up to 30-40 items per drop off. Drop-offs do not

require an appointment. Any items not accepted for consignment may be donated.

LIABILITY: Consignor agrees that he/she will not hold Main Street Kids responsible for loss or damage of items accepted on consignment, in transit to or from the store, or on the premises at any time. Items that are or become seriously damaged may be donated or otherwise disposed of.
